The woman behind it is Jess Murnane. She’s worked in the well-being space for over a decade. Jess is a horticultural therapy practitioner, an author (One Part Plant, HarperWave and Know Your Endo, Penguin Random House), hosts the Inside and Outside podcast, and has spoken at SXSW, Apple, Charleston Wine + Food, and various wellness festivals. Her work has appeared in publications including Self, People, Goop, Bon Appetit, and Food52.

Programs typically run from $5,000 to $30,000. We’ll work together to create the best program for you.

The Working Garden Project is designed for companies who have outdoor spaces - whether that’s a small patch of grass, rooftop, or full campus.
However, Basker (founder of The Working Garden Project) offers other workplace well-being packages involving gardening and nature that is suited for companies without outdoor space.

We focus on the three core pillars of horticultural therapy: gardening, cooking, and art.
Examples include: food literacy by way of cooking with plants, learning to grow from seed, flower pressing, making floating flower mandalas, nature shadow painting, and more.
